MEDICATION CLINIC SUPERVISOR/MAT RN: OnPoint is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medication Clinic Supervisor/MAT RN to oversee the daily operations of OnPoint’s Medication Clinic and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services. PAY RANGE/BENEFIT PACKAGE:
Salary Range: starting at $63,885.71 up to $88,162.29 annually - placement above minimum salary is based on experience.

- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Fully Licensed in the State of Michigan (LARA)
- At least five years of nursing experience with people diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and substance use disorders
- Strong knowledge of psychopathology, mental health and substance use diagnostics and medications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor.
- Experience working within an integrated healthcare system.
- Experience working in SUD as a clinical nurse.
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/co-occurring disorders/substance use disorders valued.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care needs.
- Work with youth and adults with mental illnesses, intellectual and developmental disabilities, families and substance use disorders to help them succeed.
- Perform medication injections, RN medication reviews, health screenings, nursing assessments, health appraisals, and assist with community partners nursing needs.
- Provide ongoing education, and support of patients in all phases of treatment including nursing visits scheduled and random, toxicology screens, labs, medication teaching, monitoring, pill counts, observed dosing, medication refills and carrying a patient caseload.
- Provide mental health and substance use assessment, intervention and case management consistent with the OnPoint and MDCH policies, the laws of the State of Michigan, and the ethical standards of the respective profession.
- Maintain a close working relationship with supervised staff to promote informed discussions about employee behavior and performance professionally and supportively.
- Ensure departmental compliance with all medical regulations and documentations standards and policies.
- Provide clinical leadership and successful execution of day-to-day operations for OnPoint’s Psychiatric Medication Clinic and outpatient MAT services.
- Participate in program development efforts at the direction of the Program Manager.
- Cover for clinic staff absences, if needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
